About This Project

The Brief

This consulting project is to evaluate the key market opportunities for the client’s business model and outline the strategies from different angles.

The research objective is to explore the best options available for the product development. We will also provide the easy-to-activate execution plan and relevant tracking methodologies that will help ease when measuring the outcome.
